5. Virtual Payment Cards

Virtual payment cards provided through Sepal are issued by partner financial institutions and are subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements. Sepal acts as a technology provider and is not itself a card issuer or financial institution. Card usage may be subject to spending limits, verification requirements, and geographic restrictions imposed by the issuing partner.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent service, but Sepal is offered on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology comprising the Service are the property of CONFIG MONEY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONFIG MONEY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
